Should I delete it or keep it? I keep looking at all the work I've done on this page, like the Light bulbs for Burma stuff and other random things. It's a lot of work and I just don't know if it should be transfered to the other page (that means a ton of work for me to do) or if I should just say screw it and move on and delete this page. Maybe I'll just sit on the idea of keeping the page for a few months or something. Take my time transferring things to the other page.

A few days ago, I waged war with my friends list. Before going threw it and deleting people there were about 1,600 or so people on my friends list. Now, it's down to 160 something. I'm pretty darn happy with having a much smaller friends list.

Anyways, that's the little update. Nothing much going on other than me being indecisive. I hope you all have a wonderful Friday!

Time to say goodbye.

Yes, the time has come to say goodbye. It has been a hard decision to make but it's one that need to be made. In a week or two, this page will no longer exist.

This decision was based upon how often I'm on the page (which is almost never), how often this page is updated (again, it's almost never updated), and how much of me is really reflected on this page (yet again, not much of me is really reflected onto this page). I don't just love Fall Out Boy, I love other bands too. I love music as a whole. I love photography but by stealing pictures and uploading them as my own, it is not something to be proud of. Yeah, it's taken me a while to figure that out *head desk* but I just feel shitty for taking other peoples pictures and posting them. Any ways, it's just time to say goodbye to this page. Enough fangirling. Besides, Barbs page is always great to visit, get updates, and get your fix of FOB. She is better about updating and keeping track of things. I really don't have the time anymore. Heck, I haven't updated my other page in a while.

It's not easy to keep two pages updated along with trying to finish my school work. Boy, I just can't wait to see my grades this year (please note that last statement is saturated in sarcasm). On a personal note, I am so sick and tired of school and going to Early Childhood Education classes that I really don't want to be anywhere near a child care facility. I'm done with it. I'm tired of it. Plus, ha ha, I am trying to find what really makes me happy. I got stuck in the Early Childhood Education department because my parents thought it was a good idea.... WRONG! Boy were they wrong. I'm the type of person who needs to be creative and live threw art and such. I just don't see myself as being able to handle a huge classroom full of kids at this point in my life. I think I would go nuts trying to take care of 20 things at one time. I can't handle doing 20 tasks at one time. Any ways, art is where my heart is. But, I guess we will see how long that last considering I can't seem to pin my heart to one single thing and stick with it. I've got a lot to think about.

Anyways, it will be a little while before I actually go ahead and delete this page since I have a lot of personal pictures that need to be moved to my other page.

There have been many great memories made on this page. I've learned a lot and made many great friends. I'm not going to miss this page at all but I do see it as a learning experience and a stepping stone of sorts. A stepping stone to a better future on and off buzznet. Thnks fr th mmrs! I love you all.

Much love,
Kerri

I've been pretty busy with many things. It's been a juggling act as of late and I'm very tired. Recently, a thought came to my mind. This thought was about deleting this page or deleting most of my friends and putting this page on private just so that I would have my FOB pictures to look at every once in a while.

What do you guys think? Honest opinion, who actually comes to this page anyways? All of my effort has been centered around my other page, along with countless other things that have nothing to do with this site or the internet in general. I am taking photography very seriously. Also, I don't just like Fall Out Boy. I love other bands too and I love finding new bands and going to concerts. Not only that but I am being a hypocrite by posting photos on this page that are not even my own photos (Well, about 98% of the photos on this page are not mine).

Any ways, if you are very serious about becoming my friend, send me a friend request and drop me a note. Otherwise, I'll just take it that you really don't take me serious and I'll just delete the request. I'm not sorry about deleting requests. You see, it's so much easier to keep track of friends and talk to friends if my friends list is small.

That's the update. Have a great week and a terrific weekend.

Pete Wentz recetely posted a journal on FOBR. In it he mentioned a great idea. Sorry that I don't show it often enough. I really do love you. I'm sure you all know who you are ;-D You guys mean more to me than you will ever know. I must add, seeing some of you get recognized for your hard work and dedication to buzznet, was another highlight to this year. You guys deserved it so much.

4. Having a bonding experience with my best friend, Tami.
We stole a couple of road construction cones. Well, I stole the cones. She was the accomplice and drove the get-away vehicle. Muhahaha! We are really really really laid back. That night, well.... we were really hyper and board....... What can I say. LOL! *Shrugs*

3. Winning tickets from a radio station to meet FOB, see the Honda Civic Tour, and had a chance to win a Honda Civic hybrid.
I NEVER win things. Seriously. Never! I was the absolute happiest girl on earth that day. Talk about a teenie moment! Bahahaha!

2. Going to Chicago with my best friend, Tami.
We both just turned 21 this year and we had a blast tearing up Chicago and drinking giant strawberry daiquiri at the HCT! I hope we have a chance to do it all again in the summer of 2008.

1. Meeting Fall Out Boy
Meeting the guys was absolutley phenomenal, to say the least. It may have only been for a few seconds but just meeting them was something I will never forget.

And now, my top 5 moments of 2007:

5. FOB rocking out and tearing up their very own suite at the VMA's. So, I was rooting for them.)

3. A ton of fantastic music was released.

2. More awareness was being put on Invisible Children, Global warming, and the situation in Burma. Hopefully, things will change in all three of those areas very soon.

1. Soon we can pick a new president! YES!!!!! HAHAHA!

Here is to hoping that 2008 is a phenomenal year!

I was finishing a wooden plaque that had Horses burned in it, for an art class. I was using a pointed tip to do some small details. Somehow I managed to stick the wood burning tool into my arm.
  1. Salt and Vinegar potato chips rock!
   2. I am convinced that Starbucks puts something in their coffee that makes you addicted to it.
   3. kids who put their hands down their pants and run around the class room are fucking hilarious.
   4. Watching the snow fall is the most relaxing thing to do.
   5. I love the feeling of snow falling lightly on my cheeks and nose.
   6. I really have to take a video of my horses running in the snow. It's so funny!
   7. I have been counting down the days to when school ends.
   8. Also, I have been counting down the days to when I get my wisdom teeth pulled
   9. I can't stand the sight of needles. If I see needles I start to feel faint.
  10. Migraines suck massively! I had a really nasty migraine yesterday after teaching my final exam. I came home and waited for my Mom's furniture to arrive. Then I fell asleep for about 2 hours. At about 3:30 I helped my Mom bring in her new furniture, cleaned the barn, went back inside, took a shower, and at 6:30 I fell asleep. At 8:00, I woke up and ate dinner then went back to sleep. Woke up at 3:35, brushed my teeth, went to bed, and woke up at 11:00! Well, my migraine could have been even worse. I'm thankful it didn't get as bad as it could have gotten. But, that's a hell of a lot of sleep! Talk about passing out! You could have raped me and I probably wouldn't have noticed! LOL! Hmmm, maybe someone slipped me a roofie? LMAO!
  11. It's good to be back to normal and not knocked out/sound asleep.
  12. I'm hungry for my Grandmas chicken and dumpling soup. Yummm!
  13. Maybe I'll make some cookies tomorrow.
  14. My English paper on Foie Gras is coming along nicely.
  15. I have 2 other papers to do but I'm procrastinating..... Like that's not new! LOL!
  16. Go check out my Christmas polls that I posted. I'll be posting 1 song everyday, starting on the 13th, and leading up to Christmas eve.
  17. I would love to take a cake decorating class.
  18. Maybe Niki won't be busy on Thursday. I haven't seen her in months and I need to see her before I get theses stupid wisdom teeth pulled.
  19. I know I shouldn't worry so much but I am really worried about getting these stupid teeth pulled. I've never been under anesthesia before, at least not that I know of.
  20. Yahoo had an interesting article about why people have wisdom teeth. I think I'll try and find that article and posted it in my links. It's kind of interesting.
  21. I hate pre-made cookie dough. YUCK!
  22. Reddi Whip rocks!
  23. I have a shit load of pictures that I've taken and need to post but I'm waiting for my new page.
  24. I think I'll watch the snow fall, do some photo editing, drink some hot chocolate, and try and relax. Next week is going to be crazy!
  25. History Channel had an interesting show about alcohol and gangsters/outlaws.
  26. It's good to be back on buzznet! I missed being on it last night.
  27. That Verison commercial with the miniature horse, cracks me up. This girl gets a pony for Christmas and her friends get Verison phones. The horse is chained to this dog house and it's chewing on the dog house. The girls friends are all staring at this horse and asking if it will bite and the girl is like, "yeah, it bites." The horse makes this evil sounding noise. It's fucking hilarious!
  28. How is every one? I haven't talked to all of you in a while.

I remember some English class that focused on how to start your writings and I more distinctly remember that I was never too keen on that bit. Plus I have a near infamous penchant for being long-winded. So here I am at a loss for how to jump in and say what I'm thinking. I guess one must really start at the top.

I love the people around me. I do. I'm a space cadet and sometimes I don't say it enough or in the right way but I desperately love the people I surround myself with which extends not just to my friends and family, or people that come to our shows and such, but to other bands. To other musicians with whom I share the common bond of "Hey, I dropped out of/didn't go to college so I could be in some silly band that was likely going to put me in crazy debt and get me dumped by every girlfriend I've ever had..." It's a common language, the way we all start in tiny rooms playing to next to no one (sometimes no one). Or playing to only the other band we're on tour with (I'm looking at you Spitalfield/Fall Out Boy tour 2002). It is because of this common bond that I share with everyone in music that I have to say it's been a bad couple months.

First we were hit with the news of the passing of Donda West whom I never met. Obviously Kanye is a friend of the band's but I don't even know him that well. I do however know him well enough to know he loves his mother dearly. As dearly as anyone's ever loved their mother. And so it was with the weight of that knowledge that her passing hit me hard. Not to mention the shock of her young age. I called my mom that night. I'd advise anyone reading this to do the same.

Next came the truly horrible news of a tragedy I will keep quiet that happened on my own tour. I will respect the effected family by keeping the details private but it hurt some of my closest friends and near brothers profoundly. In turn I am near tears as I write this thinking about precisely what happened.

And now Casey. You know, to be frank I didn't know Casey very well. I have far reaching memories of him in the early days when we played a comic book shop together. We talked hardcore and laughed about Kiss makeup. Then on that tour we did together I remember him being simply genuine, always pleasant, always kind. Now, I'm sure no one needs another arrogant rock star prattling on about how the world done him wrong and all, but I'm pissed that Casey's not here anymore. I'm pissed because I think I took him for granted a little. Pissed at myself. Cause every band we've had the luxury of touring with I'd say with maybe one or two exceptions, are all people I've really liked and if you don't ever tell those people it can be too late.

It's the same way I felt when the late John Holohan passed away. It's horrible. I remember the phone call. I remember calling Jack to ask if it were true and I needn't have on account of his voice. We were at a photo shoot and every time I see one of those photos and have to autograph it or some such blasphemous thing I feel horrible just thinking about the sound in Jack's voice.

Then last night another friend of mine came to me with the news that his father had had a stroke. I did not press to learn if he is expected to make it. That was really irrelevant to how I should feel...my friend was in obviously pain and that was all I needed to know.

Anyway, I'm still rambling. This is why I've never had any kind of blog...I'd never have time to write what I was thinking and I wasn't gifted with conciseness. I guess I'm just trying to say that all the people I've talked about will be horribly missed. And that I want to let everyone know, even the people that hate my band and say mean things every time someone leaks some ridiculously fake scandal and slaps my best friend's name on it, we are all doing this little thing called music. That makes us family, however dysfunctional. Don't take your friends for granted and hug your loved ones every chance you get.

-Patrick Stump</fieldset>

My best friend, Tami may be joining Buzznet tomorrow and I would like to dedicate this journal to her. I know that may sound weird. Anyways, I just want to say, Tami you are the best friend a girl could ask for. You've helped me out in my time of need on a few separate occasions. When that time comes, I can only hope that I do my absolute best when you need comfort. You are a class act. Not a lot of girls are like that. You are dependable, trustworthy, and an all around great gal. You know how to make the littlest things into something great. You always laugh at my stupid jokes or me acting like a dip. You always appreciate my artistic side, which I don't show very often apart from buzznet or at my home, and around my family. I hope I never ever take you for granted, or make you feel as though I take you for granted.
Best friend to the end. Love ya sweetie!

There is no love for country music fans :(

I'm writing this in response to the Country Music Awards, which were on last week. I got to thinking about why people dislike the genera. Any ways, I just have a few questions for the non-country music fans but first read this....

I've been lurking around buzznet in search of country music artists. In my opinion, and from what little I have seen, country music artists seem to be overlooked on buzznet. I looked up the following country music artists, all of whom are pretty well know in the country music industry: Kenny Chesney, Big and Rich, Gretchen Wilson, Keith Urban, Brooks and Dunn, Carrie Underwood, Rascal Flatts, Garth Brooks, LeAnn Rimes, Garry Allan, Dierks Bently, Johnny Cash, Allison Krauss, and Brad Paisley.

The only artists that I found were: Kenny Chesney, Keith Urban, Carrie Underwood, Rascal Flatt, Brad Paisley.

Why does country music have such a bad rap? Is it this stigma that country music is just a bunch of hill-billy, banjo playing, beer drinking, red necks, who hunt and fish, go mudding (in case you don't know what mudding is.... It's when you take a 4 wheel drive truck, Jeep, SUV and drive around in the mud, spinning your car and just kicking up mud.), are a bunch of white trash/hicks that sing about getting drunk, and being a cowboy? Is it because peoples first experience of country music was listened to older country music artists from way back in the day, when The Grand Ole Opry started?

Country music has changed so much since the beginning of The Grand Ole Opry and when Johnny Cash first started. Country has been influenced by Rock, Carribean, and even rap! Yes, rap! Try listening to "Save a horse, ride a cowboy" by Big and Rich. There is a small portion of rap in that song. The man who raps in that song is named Cowboy Troy. He is the first in his kind to be a country music rapper. Also, he has his own album that was released just last year.

Listen to Kenny Chesney and you will hear his Caribbean influences. He often writes his songs while he is visiting the Caribbean, taking a break from touring. He has many other influences, like most other artists. Some of those influences include: his experiences with breakups (remember Renée Zellweger?), loosing family/friend, his youth, love, and college life. The song that best portrays his Caribbean influence would be "Old Blue Chair" or "When the sun goes down" which features Uncle Kracker. Speaking of featured artists, Bon Jovi has also appeared on the country music scene with Sugarland.

So here are a few questions I have for non-country music fans:
~Why do you not like country music?
~What was the first country music song you listened to that made you dislike the genera?
~Would you give country music a second chance?

By the way, I have a music player, on the front page of my buzznet page, that is dedicated to country music and contains some of my favorite country music songs. Some of those songs I grew up listening to. If you want to get to know the new country music scene, go check out my music player.

GIVE COUNTRY A CHANCE

I'm not saying that buzznet should incorporate country music. I'm am just curious as to why people hate country music. I want to see if people hate country music because of the stigma that surrounds the genera or if it is really about the music.
